Contact Us
Reach out whenever you want help sourcing and vetting a Master's or Doctoral degree-prepared nurse preceptor and a clinical site in your own community for a Rasmussen University practicum. We are an independent service, not Rasmussen University, and we work alongside your school's clinical practicum coordinator, stepping in faster and where your own network comes up short. Below is how to reach us, what to send, and what happens next.
Tell us your track and city. It is free to ask, with no obligation.
How do I get in touch about a placement?
Send us your program details through the form or email address on this page and we will start reviewing options in your area. To move quickly, tell us which track you are in and roughly when your practicum courses begin.
Helpful details to include from the start:
- Your Rasmussen track: Family NP, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP, Pediatric Primary Care NP, Psychiatric Mental Health NP, an MSN specialization, RN-to-BSN, or DNP.
- Your city, state, and how far you can reasonably travel for rotations.
- Your expected start date for the first preceptor-supervised practicum course.
- Whether you already have a possible site or preceptor in your own network for us to vet, or need us to source one.
What can you actually help me with?
We source and vet a preceptor and a clinical site in your own community, and we confirm the preceptor is a Master's or Doctoral degree-prepared nurse as Rasmussen requires. Rasmussen practicums are designed to be completed in your own community, possibly at your own organization, so the default expectation is that you bring the site and preceptor from your network. That is exactly the finding and vetting we do for you.
We help with the four NP tracks and their sequential preceptor-supervised practicum courses, the smaller practicum hours embedded in the MSN Professional Specializations, the community clinical courses in the RN-to-BSN, and the DNP practice-hour requirement. We do this alongside your Rasmussen clinical practicum coordinator, never in place of the help the school already provides.
How much does it cost, and when do I pay?
Our pricing is 1,500 to 2,500 per rotation, and you pay when you are matched, not before. There is no charge simply for contacting us or discussing your options.
The exact figure within that range depends on your specialty, location, and how hard the site is to secure. We will be clear about the number before you commit, and you only pay once we have matched you with a vetted preceptor and site.
Do you have a phone number?
A phone line is being set up and is not yet published. Until it is live, the fastest way to reach us is the contact form or email address on this page, and we will not list a number until it is genuinely ours to answer.
When you write, mention the best way and times to reach you. If you prefer a call once our line is active, tell us and we will arrange it.
What happens after I contact you?
We confirm your details, then begin sourcing and vetting preceptor and site options in your community, keeping you updated as we go. You do not owe anything during this stage.
Once we have a vetted match that fits your track, timing, and location, we present it to you, and payment of 1,500 to 2,500 for that rotation is due only at that point. You remain in control of accepting a match.
Good to know
Are you part of Rasmussen University?
No. We are an independent service and not Rasmussen University. We work alongside your school's clinical practicum coordinator, sourcing and vetting a preceptor and site where your own community network comes up short.
What should I include when I first contact you?
Tell us your Rasmussen track, your location and travel range, your expected practicum start date, and whether you already have a possible site or preceptor for us to vet.
Will I be charged just for reaching out?
No. Contacting us and discussing your options is free. Our fee of 1,500 to 2,500 per rotation is due only when we have matched you with a vetted preceptor and site.
Why isn't a phone number listed?
Our phone line is still being set up and we will not publish a number until it is genuinely ours. For now, the contact form or email on this page is the fastest way to reach us.
Can you help with a specific NP specialty like PMHNP?
Yes. We help across all four Rasmussen NP tracks, including Psychiatric Mental Health NP, along with MSN specializations, RN-to-BSN community clinicals, and the DNP practice-hour requirement.
Secure your site, not your stress
Tell us your track, your city, and your practicum timeline. We will come back with a placement plan and a realistic path to a confirmed preceptor and your clinical hours.
