We are an independent service and not Rasmussen University. We collect only what we need to help you, and we do not sell your personal information.

What information do you collect?
We collect the details you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data from your visit. From you directly, that typically includes your name, contact details, Rasmussen program and track, location and travel range, expected practicum dates, and any notes about a site or preceptor already in your network.
We also receive standard technical information when you use the site, such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, which helps the site function and helps us understand general usage. We do not ask you for clinical records, and you should not send us protected health information.
How do you use my information?
We use it to do the job you asked us to do: source and vet a Master's or Doctoral degree-prepared nurse preceptor and a clinical site in your community, and to communicate with you about that work. That is the primary and default use of everything you share.
Specifically, we use your information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate and secure placement options, arrange payment when you are matched, keep you updated, and improve our service. We do not use your details to invent testimonials or reviews, and we do not publish anything about you without your consent.
Do you share or sell my information?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to arrange your placement or to meet legal obligations, and only with parties who need it for that purpose.
That can include a prospective preceptor or clinical site we are vetting on your behalf, and service providers who help us operate, such as email and hosting. When we work alongside your Rasmussen clinical practicum coordinator, we share only what is necessary and relevant to your placement. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long do you keep my data, and how is it protected?
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements, then we dispose of it. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to retain it, we will.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and limited to those who need it.
What choices and rights do I have?
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. To make a request, use the contact details on our contact page.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor valid requests to the extent the law requires. Because we are independent of Rasmussen University, requests about your official student records should go to the school, not to us.

Will you publish my name or story without asking?
No. We never publish anything about you, including reviews, without your explicit consent. Fabricating or publishing testimonials without permission is against our policy.
